Once you have set up your Unique Yoga account you are in charge of your own bookings and cancellations.
24hrs notice is required for any cancellations, for your credit to remain on your account.
Any cancellations made under 24hrs before the class start time will be lost.

Classes will open 10mins before the start time and they will start promptly and on time so please ensure you are not late.
For virtual classes please have your microphone on mute.
It is advised you have your own yoga mat, 2 blocks and a strap.

Should you have any existing medical conditions, only practice yoga after your medical professional has given you the go ahead to practice yoga.
Upon joining these classes you have exercised your own personal judgement, as well as any other considerations, before participating in any yoga classes.
All physical exercise can be strenuous and involve risk and so you are advised to seek the advice of your medical professional before embarking in any form of physical exercise, especially if you have limiting conditions or are overweight, pregnant, taking regular medication, recovering from injuries or have any existing medical conditions. It is your responsibility to assure that the classes you take and the variations you choose are appropriate for your physical and mental conditions/limitations.

When practising, please adapt in ways suitable for you, take breaks as you need, practice in a safe space and should you feel unwell or feel pain, stop immediately and seek advice from a medical professional. If in doubt about a pose or sequence, don’t do it.

Booking onto a class you are participating at your own risk, with everything you do, being entirely carried out as your choice. Unique Yoga does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or damage arising from the participation in classes.
